Fit and adjustments
Most pieces can be taken in or let out at the atelier; hems and straps are straightforward. Bring the piece, or come in for a fitting before it leaves.
Sending a unique piece
Pieces ship insured, tracked, in one parcel, within the week. Outside the United States, duties are the buyer's — ask and Carla will estimate them first.
Care
Silk and lamé: dry clean, or cool hand-wash if you are confident and patient. Hang to dry in shade. Store folded in tissue, not on a wire hanger.
